About The Position

Assists the office manager and operations manager with daily tasks.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Superb customer service skills a must.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge, i.e. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Independent Parking experience preferred but not required.
  • Proactive

Responsibilities

  • Assist Managers with daily task's
  • Maintains a positive and productive atmosphere
  • Oversees the Command Center
  • Drives the Company Vehicle to complete assigned tasks
  • Other clerical duties and/or special projects
