As a Supervisor Quality Control, you’ll lead and support Aircraft Inspectors to ensure all maintenance work meets Southwest’s quality standards, approved manuals, and regulatory requirements. You’ll coach, train, and develop Team Members while helping manage daily schedules, inspections, and authorizations. Working closely with Maintenance, Engineering, and the FAA, you’ll review procedures, audit maintenance records, and provide guidance to correct issues and improve maintenance quality. By monitoring work in progress, supporting vendors and maintenance partners, and reinforcing Safety and compliance through the SWA CAMP, you’ll play a vital role in protecting our aircraft, our People, and the Customers who rely on Southwest every day. Additional details: This role supports all hours of the Southwest Operation, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays.
