About The Position

Seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead teams in Glass Tempering (Heavy & Thin Glass) and Packing operations. This role oversees daily production activities, ensures safety and quality compliance, and drives continuous improvement. Coral Ind., Tuscaloosa, AL Typical Start: 6:00 AM Overtime as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent manufacturing supervisory experience
• Proven leadership and ability to meet production deadlines
• Strong organizational skills and ability to perform under pressure
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work 12-hour shifts as needed
• Proficient with computers; MRP/ERP experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate teams to meet daily production goals
• Enforce all safety and quality standards
• Balance labor and equipment resources to meet demand
• Partner with HR, Safety, Purchasing, and leadership
• Provide coaching, training, and corrective action
• Support lean and OPEX continuous improvement initiatives
