Requirements
- Strong ability to supervise staff and lead with minimal direction
- Computer/POS skill preferred
- Able to train hourly staff on concession duties
- Must possess or able to obtain valid alcohol servers' permit.
Responsibilities
- Assist Concessions Manager with maintaining POS System.
- Training of Supervisors, Leads and cashiers.
- Assists Concessions manager with communication with warehouse and kitchen to ensure product availability and quality.
- Monitor proper completion of checklists and SOP adherence.
- Work closely with Locations Sanitarian to ensure Health Department and PSC sanitation standards are met.
- Assist Concessions Manager in executing all required mandated training and tracking of training completion.
- Assist Concessions Manager with communicating any staffing concerns with the Staffing Team.
- Abide by company safety and sanitation policies
- Follow and manage Levy Responsible Alcohol Service
- Oversee the sales of food & beverage items to spectators at various events
- Inventory of product
- Contributes to the team; exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees
- Performs other duties assigned
