We are looking for Supported Living Manager who demonstrates this mission and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference in the community. What you will be doing? Daily oversight of services and programmatic needs, as directed by Director. Clinical supervision if assigned Facilitate team meetings Coordination of intake clients’ assignment to staff. Therapy/Counseling to a small caseload of clients if assigned. Key contributor to the Behavioral Health team and the agency Maintain excellent and punctual attendance Provide clinical supervision to designated staff, if assigned Ensure that staff documentation is timely and up to date Assist in the development and implementation of the quarterly Group Services schedule Complete staff evaluations on a timely basis Assure clients are assigned and begin services on a timely basis Provide effective individual, couples, family, and group counseling for a small caseload Complete all required documentation on time Provide client services as medically necessary Meet minimum service hour provision productivity standards Acquire and maintain required certifications and trainings. Maintain client files according to agency policy Abide by AID’s Code of Ethics, policies and procedures Ensure programs are meeting requirements of all certifying bodies Maximize the percentage of clients who are approved for authorizations and reauthorizations as needed Maintain professional judgment and performance regardless of personal issues Employee promotes awareness and respect for the diversity of our clients, employees, families and other stakeholders. What will you bring to the table? Education: Bachelor’s degree in a human services field. Master’s Degree in a human services field preferred.
