EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION Location: Santa Maria  Full-Time: 55k-60k /year Mileage reimbursement BENEFITS Health care benefits including dental, vision, and life insurance  Paid Time Off Discounts on Pet Insurance  Cal-Savers retirement plan YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES  Lead, mentor and support quality assurance staff, program managers, and direct support professionals Manage programs compliancy and delivery of high-quality services Build meaningful relationships with participants, their families, staff and community partners Be an impactful positive presence to engage with teams and boost morale Develop and implement recognition and retention strategies to keep professionals motivated.  Partner with leadership to collaborate and implement person-centered solutions Support participants with daily living skills such as cleaning, cooking, budget management, and light household duties WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Required  2+ years leadership in human services (experience with participants with developmental disabilities preferred) A valid driver’s license Strong relationship building & maintenance, communication, and organizational skills   Someone who is capable of communication with dignity and respect, especially during challenging moments Experience and able to manage multiple priorities & lead teams towards success  Someone who has a warm, respectful, and professional demeanor Preferred  Bachelor’s in Psychology, Human Services, Social Work or related field (preferred) CPR / First Aid certification (Training will be provided if applicants are not certified or need to be recertified)  Comprehensive knowledge of compliance in developmental disability services ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT COMMUNITY INTEGRATION AND MAKING A MEANINGFUL DAILY IMPACT? Requirements

  • 2+ years leadership in human services (experience with participants with developmental disabilities preferred)
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Strong relationship building & maintenance, communication, and organizational skills
