Position: Supported Housing Services Outreach Worker

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Computer experience and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with meeting goals which include obtaining and maintaining stable housing.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and conferences as required.
• Must be able to work with clients and assist them with meeting their goals including maintaining stable housing.
• Complete all documentation as required including case notes and any program paperwork.
• Assist clients with locating appropriate rental units, landlord mediation, and negotiation.
• Complete inspections as required.
