Requirements
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive work style
- Ability to stay organized and efficient during busy service periods
- Positive attitude and team‑first mindset
- Ability to lift, carry, and be on your feet for extended periods

- Weekend and holiday availability preferred
Responsibilities
- Support servers by running food, delivering water, and replenishing table items
- Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back‑of‑house areas
- Assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and plateware
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Contribute to opening, closing, and side‑work duties as assigned
