We are seeking a Bartender who is passionate about craft cocktails, genuine hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-energy environment, has strong product knowledge, and brings both precision and personality to the bar.

Requirements

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume or upscale bar or restaurant
Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
Passion for hospitality and creating a welcoming guest experience
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and attention to detail
Execute Rosemary Rose’s cocktail program, including classic and seasonal offerings
Provide warm, engaging, and knowledgeable service to all guests
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
Collaborate with the bar and service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards
