About The Position

Average hourly rate is $18.48 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.) Do you love helping kids and families? Want the flexibility to work hybrid? What You’ll Do: As a Support Worker , you’ll work alongside Case Managers to support children and families, helping them build healthy relationships and strong foundations. You’ll: Teach life skills like handling emotions, healthy communication, and conflict resolution. Help connect families to resources and create plans to improve their lives. Be a positive influence by building relationships and advocating for kids and their families.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent or an Associate degree in Human Services.
• 2 Years previous work experience with children and families
• A willingness to learn—we’ll teach you the rest!
• Predictive Index assessments assist hiring managers determine if a candidate may be a good match for the position.
