About The Position

Supports staff in the Family Preservation Program to enhance child and family well-being through resource coordination and direct family support.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years in family-based services.
• Effective communication, teamwork, and basic technology proficiency.
• The selected candidate must live in the state of Kansas.
• Predictive Index assessments assist hiring managers determine if a candidate may be a good match for the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to families and connect them with essential community resources.
• Collaborate with case managers and therapists to meet family goals.
• Coach families on parenting, budgeting, and life skills through hands-on support.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare reports as required.
• Transport clients as needed and provide emergency support.
