Description: Installs, maintains, and supports personal computing devices, point of sale terminals, gaming-related systems and hardware, kiosks, iOS and Android mobile devices and associated peripherals for the organization. Configure and install hardware and software that supports critical business needs. Install and configure Windows OS. Install and rollout new desktop hardware. Assist with the installation and rollout of new software packages, point of sale upgrades, and gaming system upgrades. Set up and connect peripheral equipment, including printers and scanners, and troubleshoot and resolve malfunctions. Receive and address service requests from individual end users or from the help desk while meeting service level agreement (SLA) requirements. Hardware asset management. Maintain inventory of all Windows OS computers and terminals and related parts and components. Keep service tickets up to date with progress and notes detailing the repairs and services performed.
