Key Responsibilities: As an MRT, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Your daily tasks will include: Installation, Programming, and Troubleshooting : Maintain mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to keep our machinery in top working condition. Emergency Repairs & Preventive Maintenance : Use your expertise to address equipment failures quickly and perform regular maintenance with a computerized system. Equipment Testing and Adjustments : Test and adjust equipment for optimal performance, ensuring minimal downtime. Inventory & Work Orders : Read manuals, follow work orders, and manage maintenance inventory to keep things running seamlessly. Safety First : Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and reporting faulty operations and defective materials. Qualifications: We’re looking for candidates with: Option 1 : High School Diploma or Equivalent with 3-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Expertise in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial systems. Experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and robotics is essential. Ability to pass the Maintenance E.T. written and hands-on test with a minimum score. Option 2 : Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance with no prior experience required. Ability to pass the Maintenance E.T. written and hands-on skill test. Preferred Skills & Knowledge : Proficiency in AC/DC control circuits , programmable ladder logic , and robotics . Experience with schematic diagrams and programmable controllers .
