Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include one (1) year line-of-business (LOB) claims management experience.
  • Good knowledge of line-of-business claim policies, procedures and processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies

Nice To Haves

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates equipment setup for new hires (phone, computer, etc.); special projects, and Information Services acceptance testing.
  • Coordinates caseload coverage for vacations, illness and leave of absence (LOA).
  • Monitors Company assignments and staffing issues.
  • Coordinates special projects ensuring compliance with benchmarks and deadlines.
  • Works closely with other departments ensuring client needs, incentives, and contractual requirements are being met.
  • Coordinates departmental training needs.
  • Reviews policy and procedural changes and addresses with staff.
  • Manages caseload for assigned clients following program guidelines.
  • Completes audits as required.
  • Provides tracking reports to upper management; maintains updated staffing lists and employer assignment applications.
  • Participates in meetings as requested by management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Supports the organization's quality program(s).
