Support Staff will have oversite of floor service and expo operations during their shift. Areas of Focus (including but not limited to): Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles of business Handling take-out orders and running food to guest tables Bringing salesmanship opportunities to each guest interaction Managing expo windows with a focus on food quality, ticket time management and accuracy Being a "menu expert" and be able to educate guests on our bar and food menus effectively Excelling with time management and steps of service Assist with maintaining clean and well-stocked areas during service, including pre-bussing Setting up the restaurant for success daily If you’re passionate about food, driven to provide exceptional service, and excited to be part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!
