We are seeking a passionate and flexible Full-Time Support Staff Teacher to work across infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys variety, teamwork, and supporting multiple classrooms throughout the day. As a Support Staff Teacher, you will help maintain warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments while ensuring continuity of care across age groups. This is a full-time position offering stability, collaboration, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive early childhood education community.
Requirements
- Candidates should have a genuine love for working with young children and a desire to create joyful, engaging classroom experiences.
- Child Development Associate (CDA) required
- Must meet Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) licensing requirements for child care center staff
- Strong understanding of child development and positive guidance strategies
- Flexible, dependable, and team-oriented
Nice To Haves
- Prior classroom experience with infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers preferred
Responsibilities
- Support lead teachers in infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms
- Assist with developmentally appropriate, play-based learning activities
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and organized classroom environment
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Step into classrooms as needed to ensure continuity of care
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administrators to foster a positive team environmen
