Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a helpful, friendly person for the full-time position of Support Specialist for our Fort Kent Operations Center . This position will be part of our Support Center, providing the first line of service to incoming member requests by phone, website, chat, or otherwise. We're looking for someone who is highly-motivated, organized, and comfortable with technology, in order to solve the majority of incoming member concerns. The ability to work in a close-knit team environment and multitasking are crucial to success. Training will be thorough and ongoing.
