The Support Specialist position is responsible for working within the Price Review production queue to ensure requests are accurately processed to the correct accounts.

Requirements

  • Proficient in 10-Key operation and data entry.
  • Data analysis and management.
  • Analytical with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to be flexible to accommodate the needs and frequent changes of workflows within the department.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Processes audit and project requests for various Health Plans.
  • Understand objectives/goals of the client as well as the processing rules for each account.
  • Able to maintain daily team achievement rate of 100%
  • Reports system and account anomalies as needed
  • Recognizes and identifies potential errors and executes the needed steps to for correction.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in utilizing multiple procedures, systems, and databases.
  • Assists with additional duties as needed.
