About The Position

As a Commission Review Specialist at West Shore Home, you will calculate commissions for all In-Home Sales employees in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and VLOOKUP formulas.

Responsibilities

• Make necessary deductions when errors have been made within the selling process.
• Elevates concerns that appear to be off process to the Commissions Manager for guidance, support, and direction.
• Complete sales dispute forms timely, ensuring they are received within the required timeline.
• Conduct weekly audits to ensure compliance in calculations within the department.
• Review all open cases on jobs before submitting commissions for payment.
