About The Position

The Marketing Campaign Planning Specialist is a highly empowered operator who serves as the engine behind Caesars Digital’s go‑to‑market process. This role is intentionally designed for a strong self‑starter—someone who punches above their weight, takes ownership, anticipates needs, and drives forward momentum across complex, fast-moving campaigns.

Requirements

  • 1+ year experience in marketing coordination, project management, campaign operations, or related field
  • Strong organizational skills with a bias toward structure and process
  • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams and tight timelines
  • Excellent communication and detail orientation
  • Familiarity with marketing channels (Paid Media, CRM, Social, etc.) preferred
  • A proactive, solutionoriented operator who sees around corners
  • Strong collaborator who builds relationships across teams
  • Comfortable working in fastpaced, highly crossfunctional environments
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with project management systems, asset management tools, or creative ticketing platforms a plus
  • Online gaming, sports, or entertainment experience a bonus

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the centralized GTM calendar across major campaigns, promotions, launches, and state activations.
  • Drive campaign milestones, deadlines, deliverables, and cross functional handoffs with a high level of autonomy.
  • Partner with Channel Leads (Paid Media, Affiliate, SEO, Organic Social, CRM/Lifecycle) to confirm readiness for every campaign.
  • Proactively ensure channel teams have finalized briefs, targeting guidance, final creative, offer details, and audience definitions needed to activate.
  • Identify risks, blockers, and misalignments early—and escalate with recommended solutions.
  • Serve as the operational connective tissue between Creative, Media, CRM, Product, Analytics, Brand, and Legal.
  • Confidently summarize key campaign details, distill complexity, and ensure the right teams have the right information at the right time.
  • Lead preparation for cross functional campaign meetings, including agendas, action logs, and follow through.
  • Submit and manage creative requests through The Source and external agencies, ensuring briefs are accurate, complete, and strategically aligned.
  • Track creative progress, manage timelines, follow up on deliverables, and ensure assets move quickly through approval flows.
  • Maintain an organized library of campaign assets, versions, and final deliverables.
  • Keep the campaign pipeline organized, ruthlessly prioritized, and transparent to stakeholders.
  • Support improvements to GTM processes, intake forms, templates, and workflows.
  • Maintain documentation including briefs, timelines, deliverables, GTM summaries, and channel activation checklists.
  • Take ownership of ad hoc requests for campaign coordination, GTM documentation, and cross team alignment.
  • Coordinate with Analytics and Channel Leads to collect post campaign results, insights, and recaps.
  • Maintain a repository of key learnings that inform future GTM planning.
  • Support preparation of campaign readouts by organizing inputs and formatting slides.
