About The Position

Coastal Key Title Services is seeking an experienced Junior Title Processor / Title Support Specialist to join our Tampa office. This position requires prior title experience, including clearing title and reviewing title commitments for Florida real estate transactions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented title professional with foundational processing experience who wants to grow within a stable, well-supported organization while remaining actively involved in the closing process. Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in title processing or title support
  • Demonstrated experience clearing title
  • Working knowledge of Florida real estate transactions and title requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Notary License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Florida residential transactions; commercial exposure is a plus
  • Familiarity with title production or transaction management software
  • Experience working directly with title underwriters
  • Interest in long-term career growth in title operations
  • Proficiency using Qualia Software
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Responsibilities

  • Review title commitments and clear title, including liens, judgments, payoffs, HOA issues, probate matters, and corrective instruments
  • Post Closing and Recording Responsibilities
  • Communicate with real estate agents, lenders, underwriters, attorneys, and clients to satisfy title requirements
  • Maintenance in the title production system
  • Coordinate and schedule closings and signing appointments
  • Ensure files are complete, accurate, and compliant prior to closing
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and office visitors
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the processing and closing team
