The Legal Support Specialist II is part of our Legal Department. Some responsibilities include processing subpoena orders, assisting attorneys and/or secretaries with gathering material to forward to retained experts, submitting court filings, processing closings, drop filing, handling a high volume of emails in various inboxes, assisting internal attorneys and secretaries with questions and assignments. Under general supervision, the primary job function of the Support Specialist II is to provide phone support as well as performing routine but varied clerical and support duties according to standard procedures.
