This Position reports to: Service Coordinator In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide support services to businesses in various administrative areas. Each day, you will engage internal customers. You will also showcase your expertise by providing efficient support services. The work model for the role is: Remote This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Power division in North America

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer service experience in an administrative office setting
  • 1+ years of experience working with SAP and/or Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure business goals are being met
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US

Responsibilities

  • Providing services in various administrative areas to meet business needs
  • Oversee the delivery of services by external providers and ensure they meet service level agreements (SLAs) and report any shortcomings
  • Managing service cases in Salesforce and communicating with internal teams when there are any discrepancies in billable cases
  • Responsible for invoicing the sales orders
