About The Position

At Securian Financial, the internal title is Business Operations Rep Overview: Tasks are assigned on a daily basis and most work is done independently in office. There are various tasks in the area and we work to rotate around to ensure a good mix of work. Work includes: Preparing documents for clients and agents Processing and preparing Annuity Contracts Processing and preparing Individual Life policies Research and composing documents for Financial Professionals Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Good judgment/decision-making skills and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Willingness to maintain a positive and compassionate attitude in a high volume setting Ability to work independently and in a team environment The estimated base pay range for this job is: $15.87 - $27.98 Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
