About The Position

The Support Services Assistant will assist the Production Services Analyst in supporting production operations at US Display Group, Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient data collection, inventory management, and reporting. The Support Services Specialist will collaborate with various departments to maintain accurate records and address discrepancies within the production process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar inventory or production support role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-motivation.
• Basic computer and math skills for inventory and production tracking.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of 3PL systems and SOP documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory control by performing daily cycle counts, audits, and updating records as assigned.
• Records production data and transfers, reporting discrepancies to Production Services/Inventory Control Analyst, Packout Manager, and Director of Operations.
• Support the reconciliation and analysis of inventory balances for assigned warehouses and packout programs (orders).
• Help coordinate/conduct periodic physical inventories, and cycle counts across raw materials, finished goods, WIP, and customer products.
• Helps manage 3PL inventory system, audit discrepancies, and report findings.
• Support in entering orders for Packside's Completed Orders report
• Works with PM’s (Project Managers) on answering inquiries and processing of tags for production orders
• Print instructions sheets, placards, and 3PL labels for the Packside.
• Coordinate customer product shipments and works closely with shipping and project managers.
• Data entry
• Supports Pack out Manager by printing time study request documents
• Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia devices
• Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility within the production environment.
