The Support Services Assistant is responsible for helping to maintain the database of fixed assets, supplies, and forms inventory, and coordinating delivery of supplies requested by various Credit Union departments and branches. The position is also responsible for communicating with vendors regarding repairs and maintenance of Credit Union facilities. Additional duties include: assists in maintaining the function and appearance of the Credit Union buildings, systems, furnishings and fixtures; performs routine maintenance of areas common to the staff and members including lunchrooms and coffee supplies; delivers and picks up materials from suppliers and facilities as needed; maintains orderliness of the supply room and other storage, and assists mail clerk in various duties.
