About The Position

As our Support Services Administrator in Facilities Management & Planning, you'll play a vital role serving as the first point of contact for faculty/staff/students and guests, providing outstanding service in a warm and professional manner. Apply today! Responsible for screening guests and all incoming calls to the Facilities Management & Planning Department. Serves as a backup for the FM Call Center in receiving work order requests and assigning them to trades. Clerical responsibilities including filing, sorting of invoices, and maintaining data records in the FM work order system.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
  • Computer skills and experience (including Microsoft, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
  • Must have experience dealing with difficult internal and external customers
  • Must have excellent written communication skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license with less than six (6) points
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
