About The Position

We are hiring Support Service Workers to support UPMC - Western Behavioral Health of the Alleghenies. The Support Service Workers will provide services and other activities as designated in the Individual Support Plan (ISP). This will be done in a manner consistent with efficiency, cost effectiveness and regulatory compliance. Companion services (W1727: Level 3) are provided to individuals living in private residences for the limited purposes of providing supervision and minimal assistance that is focused solely on the health and safety of the adult individual with intellectual disabilities.

Requirements

• Must be able to read and write at an 8th grade level in order to complete service records.
• Must successfully complete background checks to include federal and state mandated clearances, employee health screening, and post job offer drug testing.
