What You Drive at DTNA Set workload volume for maximum equipment and manpower usage to maintain consistent workflow. Train new employees and cross-train existing employees. Communicate daily workflow requirements as planned by supervisor. Provide information for changes in procedure, safety concerns or equipment needs. Ability to physically move truck parts using the proper equipment or by hand. Operation of material handling equipment to include forklift, reach truck, swing reach and order picker. Ability to work flexible hours as the need for coverage requirements. Assist supervisor in overseeing departmental activities. Perform TOS concepts and demonstrate a basic understanding of DView, SAP, Cognos and Microsoft Office. See Team Leader TOS ratings criteria. Comprehensive understanding of all warehouse operation. Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Knowledge and awareness of safety requirements in a warehouse environment. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years experience in an automated warehouse.
Excellent basic arithmetic skills required.
Familiar with D-View warehouse management systems.
