About The Position

Support Integration Specialist (Logistics Integration) Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Global Services Maintenance Engineering is looking across a broad range of experience levels for a motivated Associate Project Engineer to become part of the Product Support team in Ridley Park, PA. We are looking to hire an Associate Project Engineer (Integration Specialist) who will be responsible for managing team performance (EVM) and quarterly EAC exercises as well as collecting and gathering data for estimates in support of future proposal activities on select programs. As a member of the team, you will facilitate and monitor product support analysis (PSA) and technical data development at the program level ensuring quality data is developed and delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements. You will directly contribute to the development of team processes and coordinate activities to ensure data/procedures are documented and current. Maintenance Engineering provides the customer with logistical analysis and technical data to support aircraft maintenance operations and planning efforts in accordance with established requirements. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the Ridley Park facility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of higher education and/or related work experience. (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, licensing/certification programs, etc.)
  • 3+ years’ experience multi-tasking and working in a team environment
  • 3+ years’ experience developing, contributing and/or maintaining processes, policies, and procedures
  • 3+ years’ experience using excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with leaders and colleagues

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years’ experience in the aviation industry
  • 5+ years’ experience in Project Management
  • Prior experience with cost account management / earned value management (EVM)
  • Basic knowledge of commercial or military aircraft and aircraft systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support activities to include product support analysis (PSA) and technical publications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation via the Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs).
  • Develop integrated master schedules and reports.
  • Identifies requirements, develops statements of work and other contractual documents and ensures contracts reflect project requirements.
  • Receives, coordinates and estimates impact of change requests.
  • Track team performance to budget and schedule and status earned value management (EVM).
  • Conducts presentations and status reviews.
  • Updates staffing forecast with new proposals and other new business activity.
  • Coordinates process improvements and tracks risks, issues, and opportunities.
  • Pursues new business opportunities.
  • The candidate will interface regularly with military customers and Boeing Program Management to ensure delivery of engineering products.
