About The Position

Steelwrist is revolutionizing the way excavators work. Our world-class products—including tiltrotators, quick couplers, and work tools—boost productivity by 20–40% for construction professionals worldwide. We are experiencing rapid growth and are expanding our North American operations to better support our customers. The Opportunity We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Support Engineer based in Oregon or Washington. This is a remote role with a mix of home office work and travel, mainly across the Northwest region, with occasional travel throughout the United States and Canada.

Requirements

A proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn
Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic knowledge
Experience working with heavy equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and a structured, professional work style
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in a similar technical support or field service role is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform installations, service, and support visits at customer and dealer locations
Plan and deliver installation and technical training for dealerships
Handle customer support cases via email and phone in collaboration with the support team
Support warranty claim administration and process NCR (Non-Conformance Report) documentation
Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth information flow and execution
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high customer satisfaction
