The Support Coordinator is responsible for assisting clients (Community Members) as they implement their annual goals and objectives. This role provides advocacy & problem solving, case management, and life skills instruction, enabling Community Members to achieve and maintain an independent lifestyle in accordance with their capabilities and in tandem with the larger team.
