The Support Coordinator & Dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact for service clients, answering incoming calls and coordinating work orders from request to completion. This role is responsible for communicating with clients and field personnel, and ensuring service work is efficiently dispatched, documented, and closed out. This position plays an important role in the overall success of our company. An individual working in this position will be required to have good communication skills, computer skills, as well as excellent people skills.
