About The Position

Our Support Center Analysts assist our end-users by providing technical and operational assistance. This position works Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm and works occasional Saturday morning shifts. The training schedule for this position may vary. Requirements

Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Provide complex technical guidance and support all staff using personal computers and PC software.
Identify, research, and resolve technical problems that may occur in the operation of computer systems and software applications.
Coordinate with other IT staff when needed and follow through to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Install and expand PC systems and desktop hardware and software.
Perform repairs on PC hardware.
Participate in the evaluation of system needs including the recommendation of appropriate software product solutions to meet those needs.
