About The Position

Looking for a Carpenter who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team building clean, high end residential projects without the usual chaos. We're a design build firm based in Amesbury, MA, focused on high quality remodels, additions, and new construction across the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire. Our projects are thoughtful, well designed, and built to a high standard and we're looking for someone who works the same way. The Role You'll work alongside the lead carpenter and team to support projects from start to finish, staying hands on in all aspects of the build.

Requirements

2+ years of carpentry or construction experience
Basic ability to read plans and take accurate measurements
Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
Reliable, consistent, and shows up ready to work
Willingness to learn and improve skills
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work well with others

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential remodeling or high end work is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with job site setup and protection
Help organize materials, tools, and daily workflow
Perform rough and finish carpentry tasks
Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
Install framing, siding, windows, doors, flooring, trim, drywall, cabinetry, and more
Read and follow construction drawings and plans
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work collaboratively with the team to keep projects on schedule
Assist with final cleanup and project completion
