About The Position

SUPPORT ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL) - VEGAS Must be in the Southern NV area and have a reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements. SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Monday, Wednesday-Saturday 1:30pm-10:00pm PST, or Tuesday-Saturday 1:30pm-10:00pm PST. COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $21 - $25 per hour. (The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.) Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English , with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

Previous call center experience.

Responsibilities

Fields incoming calls, phone credit applications, electronic credit applications and various types of paperwork for loan processing.
Verifies the customer’s identity and ensure their overall satisfaction and knowledge of financing terms and process.
Communicates and addresses client’s inquiries regarding various account questions and issues.
Provides technical and application support to clients and customers.
Reviews contract details with clients and customers by phone.
