The Kiosk Field Support position supports Sports Book operations with kiosk drops, cash moves, and supply deliveries and achieves the following WELCOME TO THE EMPIRE! Requirements

  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong technical understanding of CBS equipment
  • Ability to identify and fix problems without supervision
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of activities
  • Effective at planning and prioritizing
  • Willingness to drive on a regular basis

Responsibilities

  • Discover and implement practices and procedures to optimize usability and peak customer experience on kiosk terminals.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to improve support mechanism as to best support book teams and DM.
  • Resolve and report book team concerns/complaints on kiosk operations.
  • Proactively build and retain great working relationships with District Manager’s and casino partners.
  • Deliver a compliant environment with Gaming Control Board Laws, regulations, rules and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the other members of the sportsbook team and Management to create long-term support strategy.
  • Communicate effectively, cascade relevant information and encourage feedback
  • Establishment of effective and professional relationships with all levels of William Hill employees and clients/vendors.
  • Promote a positive image for William Hill within the industry and community
