Vatic Outsourcing, a growing boutique telecommunications consulting firm, is seeking a Support and Resolution Specialist to work with our clients and internal staff. This position will be responsible for but not limited to: order processing, pricing requests, general account management and client interface to include – follow up and, when required, escalation of issues. This position will rely in part on the use of various web-based tools and databases to satisfy customer requests. We specialize in the support of medium– to large-sized enterprise business clients so you will interact with corporate professionals up to and including VP and C-level staff. This position can provide a long-term growth opportunity for the right person who is looking to get involved with and understand multiple facets of the telecom industry.
