Primary Location: United States (US) - Kansas - Coffeyville Function: Supply Chain Management (CA) Title: Supply Management Specialist - 119017 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Supply Management Specialists located in Coffeyville, KS, you will: Desk Coverage- 1588 parts- 8.8M Inventory Develops and executes inventory plans to achieve inventory/asset management and material flow goals Resolves shipping, receiving, invoicing and payment problems to ensure prompt and accurate payments. Maintains an ongoing relationship with suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance, measures the performance of the supplier and defines corrective actions, obtains assistance from other functional representatives as appropriate Responsible for delivery and supplier performance and establishing appropriate material replenishment process. Coordinates and leads efforts to address chronic supplier performance issues Supports The Engineering Change Management (ECM) process so design changes and product improvements are implemented in a timely and cost-effective manner Daily Conference calls with suppliers as required VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position
