Primary Location: United States (US) - Iowa - Waterloo Function: Supply Chain Management (CA) Title: Supply Management Specialist - 119571 Onsite/Remote:Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Supply Management Specialist for Waterloo Works located in Waterloo, IA, you will: Develop, build, and maintain ongoing relationships with assigned suppliers to monitor and improve supplier performance. Collaborate cross-functionally (Quality, Operations, Manufacturing, Etc.) and deliver concise information. Optimize purchased part inventory levels to meet factory asset and delivery goals VISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this position

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experience with SAP
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, challenging team environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to root cause & drive corrective action
  • Ability to travel domestically or internationally 5-10%
  • Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or Supply Chain Management or equivalent related work experience

Nice To Haves

  • 2 or more years of Supply Management or Material Flow experience
  • Proven cross-functional experience
  • Ability to negotite and influence without authority
  • Experience using analytic tools

Responsibilities
