About The Position

Applied Innovation is seeking to fill the role of Supply Lead. This role is to manage aspects of Applied Innovation’s consumable purchasing for the supply department in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a Monday to Friday position from 8 am to 5 pm located at 3223 Kraft Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49512. This position is responsible for managing key aspects of consumable purchasing for the Supply Department, as well as assisting with escalated issues as they arise. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a collaborative, team-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Experience working in E-automate preferred.
  • Task oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multitask without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle escalated issues professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability to team goals.
  • Experience in purchasing, inventory management, or supply chain operations preferred.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining appropriate inventory levels by monitoring and ordering supply items for all warehouse locations
  • Processing daily dropship orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Manage complex and escalated supply related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to address questions related to purchase orders.
  • Create and manage new orders in E-automate.
  • Provide tracking information and respond to order status inquiries.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to emails from vendors, as well as internal and external customers.
  • Serve as backup support for FM audits and automated toner order processing.
