About The Position

About the job you’re consideringYour role Define automation strategy and coverage for product activation and POS flows. Design and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java/Python and tools like Selenium/Eggplant. Develop and execute API and database tests, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and manage test environments. Oversee test execution, analyze results, and deliver detailed reports to stakeholders. Provide technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile ceremonies and troubleshoot automation issues.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, Eggplant, Robot Framework).
• Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Python (C# and JavaScript are a plus).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control systems.
• Solid understanding of API testing (Postman) and database technologies (SQL, Cosmos DB).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift).
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and test management tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead distributed teams.
