About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Inventory Coordinator to help keep our practice running smoothly. This role plays a key part in ensuring our office and clinical teams have the supplies they need to provide excellent patient care every day. As a Supply Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring, ordering, and managing office and clinical supplies to support efficient daily operations.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in inventory, supply management, or a dental/medical office setting preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, inventory software, or practice management systems
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of office, clinical, and dental/medical supplies
Placing supply orders in a timely and cost-effective manner
Receiving, verifying, and organizing incoming shipments
Tracking supply usage and identifying trends to prevent shortages or over-ordering
Maintaining organized supply rooms and storage areas
Reconciling invoices with deliveries and reporting discrepancies
Collaborating with managers and staff to anticipate supply needs
Assisting with supply budgeting and cost-control guidelines
Maintaining accurate digital and/or paper inventory records
