The Supply Clerk 2 is responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient distribution of supplies and equipment within the facility. This role involves locating, picking, and delivering stock, processing returns, maintaining inventory databases, and performing physical inventory tasks. The clerk will also be involved in equipment decontamination, ensuring proper charging for patient billable items, and conducting quality assurance checks on various carts and equipment. Adherence to hospital policies, safety, quality assurance, and infection control standards is paramount. Additionally, the position requires active participation in performance improvement initiatives and completing assigned projects.
