JOB OVERVIEW: A technical role within the supply chain, reporting to the Manager of Supply Chain Enablement, the Supply Chain Systems Analyst sits at the intersection of data analytics, systems, and supply chain management, with a strong focus on enabling data-driven decision-making. You will partner closely with supply chain, production, engineering, and IT stakeholders to design insights, streamline workflows, and optimize end-to-end visibility. We’re looking for people who are energized by hard problems, motivated by mission impact, and thrive in fast-moving, collaborative environments. Ideally, you are passionate about maritime autonomy, defense technology and love building comprehensible data models. You prioritize speed and efficiency and are interested in generating powerful analytical models and applications within our organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
3–5 years of professional experience in supply chain analytics, business systems analysis, or data engineering roles.
Deep understanding of MRP functionality and BOM structures
Strong proficiency in SQL (query optimization, relational databases) and Python (pandas, numpy, data wrangling).
Experience building dashboards in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Palantir Foundry).
Experience with Product Lifecycle Management, Configuration Management, MRP, ERP.
Experience in engineering, production and manufacturing environments and identifying processes that incorporate the three.
Ability to lead fast-paced, Agile environments
Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous startup environment with evolving requirements

Experience with data modeling, ontology mapping, or data visualization within Palantir Foundry is a plus
Exposure to Oracle NetSuite

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain data models, KPI’s, reports, and applications to support planning, procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
Translate business needs into scalable data solutions and system enhancements.
Own the full lifecycle of supply chain tooling—from requirements gathering and data modeling through build, testing, and end-user adoption—ensuring solutions are both technically sound and operationally usable.
Create and own the data models supporting our supply chain tools—thinking critically about how entities connect, where source-of-truth lives, and how clean, well-modeled data unlocks both reliable reporting and scalable application development.
Bridge the gap between analytics and application development, building out dashboards and metrics alongside the workflow logic and user actions that enables supply chain users to operate within the software ecosystem.
Participate in department specific enhancement request/steering committee meetings.
Serve as frontline support for data issues and system functionality.
