About The Position

The Supply Chain Support Coordinator provides essential support for daily operations in logistics, inventory management, and customer service. Responsibilities include preparing reports, performing reconciliations, and assisting with order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely service for internal and external customers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in business, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of office or warehouse shipping experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, and Koerber One WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily logistics operations under the direction of the Logistics Manager.
  • Assist with order processing and shipment tracking.
  • Maintain and update item databases.
  • Prepare and distribute electronic data exchanges.
  • Respond to customer and employee correspondence and emails.
  • Assist with inventory control and purchase order generation.
  • Provide backup support to the customer service department as needed.
  • Deliver internal support for logistics-related tasks.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
