These openings are onsite and include leadership opportunities in Warehouse & Shipping as well as Line Replenishment/Material Flow. Each supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring materials move accurately and efficiently from receiving through production delivery. Relocation Assistance Available. In these roles, you will lead frontline teams responsible for inventory control, shipping and receiving activities, and timely line-side material delivery. You’ll drive daily execution, coach and develop team members, and champion safety, 5S, Lean practices, and continuous improvement. Your leadership directly impacts production uptime, inventory accuracy, and the overall flow of materials throughout the plant—helping ensure our engines are built safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Specific Responsibilities: Warehouse & Shipping Focus Supervise inbound and outbound logistics including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with transportation and safety requirements. Maintain organized warehouse layouts aligned with 5S and model workstation standards. Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize freight performance and delivery timelines. Lead efforts to improve inventory accuracy, shipping timeliness, and warehouse productivity. Line Replenishment Focus Oversee line-side replenishment activities using tugger routes and Kanban systems. Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines to support continuous operations. Monitor inventory at workstations and initiate replenishment to prevent shortages or overstock. Collaborate with Engineering and Operations to optimize tugger routes and workstation design. Track and analyze KPIs related to material flow efficiency and line downtime prevention. Leadership & Continuous Improvement Lead, coach, and develop logistics teams including group leads, tugger operators, and material handlers. Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. Implement Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives to reduce waste and improve operational flow. Use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP tools to track inventory, shipments, and performance data. Partner cross-functionally with Planning, Scheduling, Operations, and Quality to align supply chain performance with production needs. Requirements: High school diploma or GED. Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Minimum 2 years of experience in a people leadership role. At least 1 year of experience in Supply Chain or Logistics. Proficiency in WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The Salary range for this position is $69,800.00-$87,950.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
