About The Position

Baik Brands Inc. is looking to hire an energetic and diligent Full-Time Supply Chain Specialist to join our expanding team! In this role, the Supply Chain Specialist will be a significant contributor to the overall improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of the company. You will be providing transactional and analytical support to support cost control and lead time improvement. You will assist the Supply Chain Manager in supporting day-to-day supply chain operations. This includes but is not limited to order coordination, shipment tracking, working with internal teams, reporting, and analysis to improve overall supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or related operations
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external teams
  • Strong execution and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow through and resolve issues efficiently
  • Good sense of ownership and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Excel and other basic office tools, with basic data handling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

Nice To Haves

  • retail experience preferred
  • Experience in international logistics or import/export processes (ocean, air, customs, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience working with freight forwarders, trucking companies, or warehouses is preferred
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese – Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and trucking companies to arrange shipments and ensure delivery time.
  • Track shipment status (ocean, air, and ground) and ensure smooth inbound to warehouse.
  • Collaborate with freight forwarders to complete customs clearance and ensure timely release of cargo.
  • Follow up on PO production and shipment schedules to ensure on-time execution.
  • Resolve logistics and delivery issues, including delays, shortages, and documentation discrepancies.
  • Review and process logistics-related invoices (freight, trucking, etc.) and ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Finance to complete payments and support reconciliation.
  • Maintain and provide duty and related cost records to support financial reporting.
  • Communicate with internal teams (Purchasing, Warehouse, Planning) to ensure alignment on order and shipment status.
  • Support inventory tracking and basic replenishment activities.
  • Maintain accurate logistics and order data in internal systems.
