Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in SAP and other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Forecasting: Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives. Forecast future demand to ensure supply availability.
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Identify and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure suppliers meet quality standards.
  • Inventory Management and Control: Determine optimal inventory levels, monitor stock, and track inventory in real-time.
  • Logistics and Transportation: Manage the transport of goods, select transport options, negotiate contracts with carriers, and manage shipping schedules.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable, timely, and quality supplies.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify potential supply chain risks, implementing measures to mitigate them.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor performance across the supply chain and report on key metrics.
