We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to support our Primex brand. This role will work out of our Vacaville, CA location. Our Primex brand is a leading provider of control solutions for the municipal and wastewater industries, offering pump control panels, full-featured web-hosted SCADA solutions, and highly complex system integration projects. The job: As our Supply Chain Specialist , your primary role will be to process purchase orders and confirm purchase order quantity, delivery, and price. You will track orders and investigate inventory and receiving issues. You will plan, order, and expedite all assigned materials needed to meet production requirements, thereby satisfying customer requirements. You will also assist with managing vendors, performing cost analysis and assist in negotiations. You will assist across all SJE locations by developing and executing sourcing strategies by leveraging commonalities and requirements in relation to indirect sourcing. You will work closely with a variety of departments in identifying supply chain improvement opportunities and lead the supplier collaboration effort with internal stakeholders to enhance the supplier relationship to meet and exceed service level agreement deliverables. You will be responsible for managing Indirect Supplier Quality Management and indirect spending and suppliers.
